Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.
It is the season when the sound of insects is pleasant to the ears. This is the time of year when drinking parties with friends, banquets, and gatherings in your town gradually increase. Rakuzo Utage, with its wide variety of courses, will welcome you with full social distance.
The restaurant boasts nine different course menus, each with its own unique flavor. All courses are popular, but if you are at a loss as to which one to choose, we recommend the "Seasonal Creation Course.
Starting with appetizers such as "Dashimaki Tamago (egg roll) with crab paste" and "Cheese Kamaboko (fish cake) with nori wasabi", both of which have a gentle flavor, and "Autumn Chirashi Sushi with boned salmon and mushrooms", which is a perfect snack with drinks, the course concludes with dishes that remind you of autumn. Of course, the very satisfying 10-course menu, which also includes dessert, is priced at 4,000 yen (tax included) with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink service.
If you want to enjoy both meat and seafood to the fullest, we recommend the "Japanese-Western Fusion Course" for 7,000 yen (tax included). The "Seared Live-clawed Conger eel" and "Chef's Special Four Kinds Sashimi Assortment" are recommended. In addition to seafood such as crabs and oysters, you can also enjoy meat with a hearty "Japanese black beef steak.
It should be noted that the restaurant offers a "premium all-you-can-drink" package. The all-you-can-drink package consists of more than 100 kinds of drinks, including sake and brand-name shochu, and is a perfect match with your meal.
