Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

 

We offer a wide variety of meat and fish dishes. Among the many dishes on our menu, it is our hearty meat dishes that are often ordered as the main dish by our customers. Please order our signature meat menu, which is perfect for those times when you want to eat with gusto.

 

Moist and Tender Rare Beef Meat Steak

Beef meat is a rare part of the body, and only about 3 kg of it can be obtained from a single cow. The meat is located near the shoulder blade and is not often moved, so it is characterized by its unique texture and tenderness.

The more you bite into this steak, the more flavorful it becomes, and it is served with a rich sauce of grated onion and apples for 1,190 yen (excluding tax). We recommend this dish for those who have an image that red meat is tough.

 

First up: Rakuzo's 3 Meat Platter!

Our signature dish is the "Meat Platter," which offers beef, pork, and chicken on a single plate, and is ordered by most of our customers.

We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare beef ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. The beef has a delicious flavor that overflows as you bite into it, while the pork has a sweet fatty taste that can only be enjoyed from a fatty part of the meat. The young chicken has crispy skin and juicy meat.

Served with three different sauces, please try which sauce goes best with each meat. 1,290 yen (excluding tax).
