Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

Daisen-dori" is the pride of our restaurant, "Rakuzo Utage Kyoto Ekimae Branch", and is a specialty of the foot of Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture. Raised stress-free in clean air and water, "Daisen-dori" is a nutritious chicken meat with a good balance of fat and lean meat. This time, we would like to introduce you to some of the best dishes made with Daisen Tori.

We are proud of all the parts of the "Daisen Dori" skewers, which are grilled slowly. The "Oyama Dori Skewers (Sauce & Salt)" is a must-try item when you come to our restaurant. You can enjoy all the popular parts such as the thigh skewer, green onion skewer, and liver skewer, so please choose your favorite assortment from a 5-piece or 8-piece platter.

Tsukune skewers are also recommended!

The "Japanese Chicken Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage (Tare/Shio)," made from Daisen Done (chicken breast with cartilage) and grilled, is our specialty, offering the delicious taste of Daisen Done and the crunchy texture of cartilage. Choose from two types of sauce: salt, which allows you to simply enjoy the flavor of the Oyama chicken, or tare, a sauce with a rich flavor. An egg yolk for the tsukune can also be added, so if you prefer the tsukune flavor, be sure to try adding an egg yolk as well.
