It is now late January, but the cold weather is still continuing. Why don't you try a dish that warms your body during this cold season? Our restaurant is offering "nabe" (hot pot) dishes, which boast outstanding taste! We offer two types of "beef and vegetable nabe" as individual dishes. Today, we would like to introduce you to our nabe menu.
 

A rich white miso base! White miso-based hot pot

The first dish we will introduce is the "White Motsunabe" featuring a standard flavor that is easy to enjoy.
This soup is based on white miso paste and features a rich flavor. The easy-to-eat flavor makes it perfect for everyone! If you want to be crazy about the plumpness of beef chub, we recommend this motsu nabe.
 

Spicy and addictive! Taiwanese Motsu Hot Pot

And the "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is filled with Taiwanese-style minced meat that features a spicy flavor.
The spicy minced meat is of course spicy, but the more you eat it, the more addictive it becomes. It warms up your body and makes refreshing drinks such as beer and sours go down surprisingly well. If you want spicy hot pot, this is the place to go!
 
These two types of motsu nabe can be ordered in quantities of two or more. Of course, we have a finishing menu of rice for zosui, ramen noodles, and udon noodles. We also have additional menu items such as beef and vegetables. Why don't you enjoy a delicious nabe with your friends and family?
