Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.
We often have hungry customers order a rice menu to start or end their meal. We offer both a rice menu with meat and a rice menu with seafood. We will introduce both this time, so please check which one you prefer.
Meat and garlic go very well together, and the aroma of garlic alone may increase your appetite. The "Stone-roasted Garlic Rice with Chicken" is a great dish for those who love meat. The generous portion of chicken topped with hot garlic rice is a perfect match! If you slightly burn the chicken on the stone grill, it will be even more savory and delicious. Please be careful when serving as it is very hot.
The "Today's Kaisen Bara Chirashi Sushi with soup stock" is topped with so much seafood that you can hardly see the rice. The seafood ingredients vary depending on the day's stock, which is always a fun and fresh point. A gentle and elegant dashi broth is brought along with the dish. We recommend that you start with the chirashi sushi as it is, and in the latter half of the meal, pour the dashi broth over the sushi and enjoy it as a dashi chazuke (rice with dashi broth). This is a delicious dish using the freshest seafood, which is typical of our restaurant.
We also offer simple grilled rice balls and a luxurious TKG with yakitori tsukune as a garnish. Please come and join us.
