Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

Today, we would like to introduce two of our recommended and popular menus. When you come to our restaurant, we recommend you to order the following item.Rakura's Three Kinds of MeatA plate. On a plate,It is a platter of three kinds of meat: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork and young chicken, and is made in a hearty portion to satisfy even the most demanding of men.Three kinds of seasonings are available to add to the meat, so you can enjoy changing the flavor.

In addition to the standard dashimaki tamago, we also offerOkonomi-style dashi maki tamagoand "Dashi-maki W-tamago with sweet sauce" in the ".Dashi-maki Tamago (Egg rolled in broth with a lot of baby sardines)etc,Four types of soup stock are available. We are very particular about the basic soup stock and prepare each dish to order.The dashimaki tamago is cooked by a skilled chef with a brilliant hand, a true artisanal technique!
