On such a chilly night, hot nabe is the best choice. Today, we would like to introduce "motsunabe," one of the most popular nabe dishes.

In our restaurant, as a one-pot dish,nabe made with offal, vegetables and (often) misois available.The motsu nabe is a dish that features plump and chewy motsu,You can eat plenty of vegetables, and it goes great with sake. If you share a hot pot with others, the deliciousness will be doubled, you will feel warm to the core, and your heart and stomach will be satisfied.

Two types available

We offer two types of motsu nabe. One is the standard white miso soup. The other is,Combined with homemade Taiwanese minced meat,Taiwanese hot pot with an added spiciness.
