It originated not in Taiwan, but actually in Nagoya. We offer Taiwanese motsu nabe (hot pot) with special minced meat, plump motsu, and plenty of vegetables in a deliciously spicy broth. The flavor of the ingredients melts into the rich and thick soup.

Additional rice for zosui, ramen, and udon noodles are available. Please enjoy the flavorful soup to the end.

We offer "White Motsunabe" which has a light yet rich flavor. It offers a different taste from Taiwanese motsu nabe.
