今の時期ならではのさっぱり感

カツオは春と秋の2回旬を迎える魚ですが、今の時期のカツオはとてもさっぱりとしており、食欲がないときにも食べやすいのがポイント。当店では現在、春の期間限定メニューとして「鰹のお刺身　薬味添え」をご用意しています。薬味を複数種類お持ちしますので、マッチングや好みを楽しんでみてくださいね。キュっと冷えた日本酒と一緒にいかがでしょうか。春のおすすめメニューはもう間もなく終了となりますので、食べ忘れのないようチェックがおすすめです。

傷みが早く管理が難しい鶏肉ですが、当店ではこだわりの仕入れで鮮度抜群の鶏肉をご用意。そのため、数量限定ではありますが、毎日フレッシュでおいしい「鶏むね肉のたたき」をご用意しております。食欲が落ちているときでも食べやすい、あっさり味が魅力です。上品な甘みとしっとりと柔らかな食感が食欲をそそりますよ。
