Many people probably think of ochazuke when they think of closing a drinking party. Ochazuke is a classic menu item to end a party. We offer two types of ochazuke: basic "ume" and "salmon.

Our special soy sauce-based sauce is carefully applied over and over again so that the rice does not fall apart, and then carefully grilled over a long period of time.
