全席個室 楽蔵うたげ 京都駅前店では、今の季節に食べたいメニューがずらり勢ぞろいしています。

中でもおすすめなのが「戻り鰹のお造り」です。脂の乗った旬の鰹を軽く炙って、旨味をぎゅっと閉じ込めたひと品！　もっちりとした食感がたまらない、鰹好き必見のメニューとなっています。

また、熊本県産のヒゴムラサキを使用した「肉味噌焼き茄子」もおすすめです。ヒゴムラサキとは、ずんぐりとした胴回りが特徴の茄子のこと。生食もできる絶品の茄子に、甘辛の肉味噌をたっぷりと乗せてお召し上がりください。
