Our authentic, exquisite dishes are prepared to pair well with alcoholic beverages. We especially recommend the yakitori made with Tottori Prefecture's locally raised "Daisen-dori" chicken. Please fully enjoy the juicy yakitori prepared with artisanal techniques paired with sake.

We use Tottori Prefecture's locally raised "Daisen-dori" chicken for our yakitori. The flavorful yakitori, which is finished with artisanal searing techniques, is an exceptional accompaniment to sake.
