「全席個室 楽蔵うたげ 京都駅前店」でご提供している名物メニューのひとつが、職人によって仕上げられる炙りです。香ばしくジューシーさらにボリュームも増した、絶妙な火入れの炙りメニューをご用意しております。

ブランド地鶏を使用した自慢の串焼き

当店でご提供しているメニューのなかでも、人気のおつまみとしてあげられるのが串焼きです。当店では、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用した串焼きをご用意しております。

ももや皮、ねぎま、レバー、軟骨入りつくねのスタンダードな串焼きをそろえました。いろいろな串焼きを楽しみたい方のために、盛り合わせもご用意しております。

ボリュームたっぷりの炙りメニュー

いろいろな種類のお肉を使用した、ボリュームたっぷりの炙りメニューも豊富にご用意しました。

希少部位を使用した大山どりの鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き山葵添えや、栗豚使用の豚タンの大串焼き、ビールをはじめとしたお酒との相性も抜群の粗挽きバジルソーセージの炙りや、極旨鉄板スパイシーチキンをご用意しました。

厳選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢、希少部位の特選牛ミスジのステーキおろし玉葱とリンゴのソース、ボリュームったっぷりでシェアにもおすすめの楽蔵の3種大串肉盛り（牛中落カルビ大串・豚肩ロース大串・鶏トロ大串）もございます。
