Now, don't you miss hot dishes in the cold season? Our restaurant is currently offering a winter menu, and one-pot dishes are especially recommended! Today, we would like to introduce a nabe dish using seasonal ingredients.
 

One-pot dish using "Seri" (Japanese parsley) familiar from "Nanakusa-gayu" (rice gruel with seven herbs)

Seared duck in a seri pot / 1,290 yen (tax excluded)
This is "Seared duck with seseri nabe" using seseri, which is now in season and well-known for its seven herbs gruel. Along with the celeri, there are plenty of bean sprouts! Please enjoy the seared duck with vegetables. We also offer another nabe dish, "Yose-konabe", which is a small pot of thick Hakucho soup. You can enjoy the flavor of chicken in this dish. Please enjoy your favorite nabe dish.
 

Local Cuisine of Oita Prefecture

Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)
I introduced a nabe dish earlier, but let me introduce another dish using seasonal ingredients. This is "Ryukyu" made with yellowtail, which is in season this time of year. Ryukyu is a local dish of Oita Prefecture, and is yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce. It is a recommended dish that goes well with sake, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages. We hope you enjoy it.
