Shinshu salmon sashimi: 850 yen (excluding tax)
The "Shinshu Salmon Sashimi" has a fine, tender texture. You can enjoy the taste of fresh fat. We recommend simply garnishing it with lemon, shiso leaves, and wasabi (Japanese horseradish) to refresh your palate. Be sure to enjoy the flavor of local sake as well.
