Duck and seri go great together! Seared duck with seri nabe full of flavor

One of our seasonal nabe dishes is "Seared Duck with Japanese parsley". The duck is seared to seal in the flavor and served with plenty of rooted celeriac and vegetables such as pea shoots. The rooted celeri is aromatic and goes perfectly with the duck. Zosui (rice porridge) set and ramen udon noodles are also available to finish the dish. Please enjoy plenty of vegetables and duck.
 

Rich but light! Mysterious Yose-nabe of thick white hot water

Yose-nabe, a limited edition hot pot filled with chicken tsukune, seafood, and vegetables, is also popular. The broth is a thick white soup stock. The cloudy white soup is rich, yet light and easy to eat. The flavor of each dish melts into each other, making you want to savor every last drop of soup.
 

The classic motsu nabe (motsu hot pot) is also popular!

Our classic motsu nabe (motsu hot pot) is also perfect for this season. The plump and juicy motsu (motsu is also a source of stamina.)
