Ryukyu is a local dish popular in Oita. Fresh yellowtail sashimi is marinated in sesame soy sauce to soak up the flavor before being served.
The sesame seeds used in the marinade are our original kneaded sesame seeds, arranged in the style of Rakura Utage. It goes well with sake.
