The winter-only menu will be ending soon, so please check back to make sure you haven't forgotten anything. This time, we will focus on "Rakura's Seri Nabe" from "Seasonal Recommendations.

Seri (Japanese parsley) is one of the seven spring herbs, counted as "Seri, Nazuna, Gogyo, Hakobera..." It is said to be in season in winter and spring, and appears on the winter menu at our restaurant. Although it is called "spring," it is in season from winter to spring.

Rakuzo's Seri Nabe (Seri Pot), 1,529 yen (tax included), is prepared with roots so that you can fully enjoy the crispy texture and refreshing, unique aroma of seri. Please enjoy the seasonal flavors of Japan in a pot.

Excellent with meat!

Seri goes well with meat. In Rakuraku-no-Seri Nabe, in addition to seri nabe vegetables, chicken tsukune, momo (thigh) and mune (breast) are also served with seri.3Two types of meat are used. The seri will catch the juicy flavor and fat from the meat.
