Season's Recommendations" is a menu of special menu items available only during that season. Seafood in season!

Seafood ingredients vary greatly in flavor depending on their season, so it is best to enjoy them at their best when they are in season. We offer "Sesame Hiramasa" and "Hamo Cutlet with Ume plum paste, grated ponzu sauce, and sansho salt" using seafood that is in season. Both Hiramasa and Hamo (conger eel) are in season in summer. Hiramasa is full of fat and has a rich, delicious flavor. Hamo (conger eel) is made from freshly cured hamo (conger eel), so the meat is fluffy. Both of these hamo appetizers go well with sake!
