Hello. I am the PR person in charge of the Matsumoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage.

We offer a variety of excellent dishes to enjoy with our wide selection of shochu. We especially recommend the yakitori made from "Daisen-dori," a locally raised chicken from Tottori Prefecture.

Each piece of yakitori is carefully grilled by artisans to bring out the best flavor of the ingredients. The combination of savory yakitori and shochu is a perfect match.

Yakitori of Oyama chicken

Our yakitori is made from "Daisen Dori" from Tottori Prefecture, which is known for its rich flavor and juicy meat. The meat is grilled slowly over a charcoal fire, making the outside fragrant and the inside fluffy. The more you chew, the more the flavor spreads, making it a perfect snack with shochu.

We have a carefully selected selection of shochu from all over Japan that goes well with yakitori and creative Japanese cuisine. You can enjoy the difference of each ingredient, such as sweet potato, barley, and rice, in our lineup, and can choose the one that best suits your mood and cuisine of the day.

Depending on timing, we may have some hard-to-find brands available.
