Raised in the lush natural surroundings of Tottori Prefecture, Daisen Chicken is known for its juiciness and rich, deep flavor. From classic thigh and scallion skewers to our fun-to-eat chicken meatball skewers with cartilage, we carefully grill each skewer to perfection before serving it to you.

If you're having trouble deciding what to order, we highly recommend the “Assorted Skewers.” This is our top recommendation—a dish that lets you fully enjoy the delicious flavor of Oyama chicken, prepared both with sauce and salt.

In addition, we offer a wide variety of grilled dishes that let you savor the true essence of meat. The rare “Large Skewer of Salt-Grilled Chicken Thigh” is served with wasabi for a refreshing touch.
