松本駅前で、季節の移ろいを大切にした和食をお届けする「全席個室 楽蔵うたげ 松本駅前店」でございます。本日は、春の訪れと共にはじまる、今しか味わえない「季節のおすすめメニュー」をご紹介いたします。

春の香りと上品なうまみを閉じ込めた逸品

まずお召し上がりいただきたいのが、「鰆と竹の子の揚げ出し」です。口いっぱいに広がる鰆の上品なうまみと、竹の子のさわやかな香りは、まさに春の訪れを感じさせてくれる一皿。

「炙りたて鰹のタタキ」は、強火で一気に炙ることで、鰹本来のおいしさをぎゅっと閉じ込めました。4種の香味薬味とキレのあるポン酢で、さっぱりとお楽しみください。

職人のこだわりが光る、創作和食の数々

お酒の肴には、「春しいたけの生ハムクリームチーズ串」がもっともおすすめです。厳しい冬を越えて身が締まったしいたけは、焼くことで驚くほど豊かなうまみがあふれ出します。まろやかなクリームチーズと生ハムの塩気が絶妙なハーモニーを奏で、お酒も進むこと間違いなし。

さらに、見た目も華やかな「ネギトロユッケ盛り キムチーズ巻き寿司」も登場。ごま油が香るご飯と具材を海苔で巻き、贅沢にネギトロをのせました。濃厚な卵黄ダレをたっぷり絡めれば、とろけるようなおいしさが広がります。
