Winter is finally in full swing as we enter the month of December! In this issue, we introduce "Motsu-nabe", a dish that will help you get over the cold weather. Let's warm your body and soul over a delicious hot pot with family, friends, or that special someone!
 

Excellent with beer! When it comes to nabe, it's still motsu nabe!

One of the most popular nabe dishes, "Shiro-motsu-nabe" (white meat hot pot), 1,290 yen per person (excluding tax), is high in protein, low in calories, rich in nutrients including many vitamins, and also full of collagen, making it a popular choice for women. The rich flavor of the nabe, simmered with many vegetables, seasonings, and dashi broth, has depth, and the appeal of the nabe is that it can be enjoyed twice, with rice or ramen noodles as a finale!

The spicy and pleasantly hot flavor makes it an exquisite dish that you will become addicted to once you try it.
