Meat dishes to increase your appetite

Gokai Chicken thigh grilled on the bandit/750 yen (tax not included)
The first item introduced is "Gokai Chicken Thigh Sanzokuyaki", a local dish of Matsumoto City, in which thigh meat marinated in garlic-flavored sauce is coated with potato starch and quickly fried in oil. Please enjoy it freshly fried with gusto. The hot sansatsuyaki goes great with beer.

Horse sashimi / 830 yen (excluding tax)
Would you like to try "horse sashimi" that melts on your tongue? It is a recommended dish that goes well with sake. Please enjoy it with condiments.
