Introducing the "Local Menu" and "Salad"! | Matsumoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage

Nagano Prefecture has a wide variety of local delicacies such as Shinshu soba, nozawana, and oyaki. At our restaurant, we also offer a variety of local dishes. In this issue, we would like to introduce a healthful salad as well as a variety of such delicacies.
 

Local dishes such as "Sanzoku-yaki" are also available!

Among the local dishes of Nagano Prefecture, one cannot miss out on the boldness of the "Sanzokuyaki" dish. We also serve it as "Gokai Chicken Thigh Sanzokuyaki" at our restaurant.
The crispy fries have a great texture, and we recommend that you bite into it with gusto. The harmony of the garlic sauce and the rich flavor of the chicken thigh is a must-try dish. It is sure to make your beer go down a notch.
Other dishes include "Shinshu salmon sashimi," which melts in your mouth, and "rice with egg over egg from Nagano Prefecture," which is also useful as a final dish.

Excellent salads go well with alcoholic drinks!

We recommend the vegetable-based dishes to be served with meat and strong dishes. Among the various dishes available, we recommend the "Tofu Salad with Konegari Oage and Jako".
The dish is filled with leafy greens, which you can also enjoy for their crispy texture, as well as root vegetables. Moreover, tofu and baby sardines are sprinkled on top, and the fragrance of the seared fried bean curd is irresistible. It is an excellent salad that tastes great as a snack.
