This is "Japanese Oyadori no Kuroyaki" (blackened domestic oyakitori) for 850 yen (excluding tax). The moment it arrives at the table, its shiny black appearance is sure to make an impact on everyone.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised and delighted at the same time by the aroma and bitterness of the sumi ink and the delicious taste of the chicken.
Oyafowl is used for Kuroyaki. You can feel the deep flavor that is different from that of young chickens. The meat is firm and has a chewy texture that is not defeated by charcoal grilling.
We hope you will enjoy this gem of a dish, where you can feel the crunchiness and deep flavor created by the use of the parent bird.
 

Oyama chicken skewers are also recommended.

One of our signature delicacies, the "Daisen Dori Kushiyaki Assorted Skewers" is offered at 1,390 yen (excluding tax) for 8 skewers and 850 yen (excluding tax) for 5 skewers.
You can choose from either sauce or salt seasoning, and of course, you can also order it as an individual item. Along with skewers made from Daisen chicken, we also recommend the Tsukune (skewers of chicken and vegetables) and vegetable skewers. The Tsukune skewers are served with a special yolk to give them a different taste.
