Our yakitori is made with our specialty "Oyama Dori" (mountain chicken).

Our yakitori is made from "Daisen-dori" (Daisen chicken), which is raised in the foothills of Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture. Our chefs use a special "seburi" method to make our yakitori, which is full of concentrated flavor.
Oyama chicken raised without stress has a well-balanced fat content and is full of nutrients!
 

The depth of flavor is the deciding factor.

Oyama chicken meat is juicy and chewy, making it ideal for yakitori! Our chefs are expertly seared to perfection, and the exquisite skewers are so delicious that you will be tempted to ask for "one more skewer".
If you are not sure which one to order, why not start with the "thigh skewer"? You can enjoy the flavor of the resilient Oyama chicken, and you can choose any kind of sake to go with it!
We also recommend the "chicken skin skewers" of Daisen chicken, which are covered with fat and have concentrated flavor. The rich skin goes well with beer. We also offer a variety of other excellent skewers such as "Bonjiri," which has an addictive crunchy texture, and "Liver," which is rich in flavor. Please choose your favorite yakitori with tare (sauce) or shio (salt).

We also have the "Oyama Dori Skewers Assortment" which is perfect for a first plate or a small drinking party. We offer two types of platters, 5 and 8 skewers, so please enjoy them according to your mood.
