With the Corona disaster continuing this year, we tend to be selective about where we go out.
The weather has cooled down and it has become very comfortable.
It is a little early, but how about our recommended motsu nabe dish?
It is a healthy way to get stamina and enjoy both vegetables and meat.
We will introduce two types of motsu nabe dishes.
 

Lightly based soup

White Motsunabe (minimum order of 2 servings) 1,290 yen per serving (excluding tax)
The "White Motsunabe" is a hearty pot of soy sauce-based broth with plenty of vegetables and motsu. The garlic is also plentiful, so it is sure to energize you. Chives and mushrooms also add a nice broth. You will be addicted to the plump and soft meatballs.
 

Spicy and exciting hot pot

Taiwanese Motsu Hot Pot (minimum order of 2 servings) 1,290 yen per serving (excluding tax)
Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a spicy hot pot with hot chili peppers. The meat miso plays a good role. We recommend this hot pot for those who want to feel the stimulation. The motsu is intertwined with the spiciness of the soup and has an exquisite taste.
 

How about a glass of cold sake to accompany your hot pot?

Sake
Sake can be served in a glass, a tokkuri (sake bottle), or a bottle, depending on your preference.
You can enjoy a wide range of flavors, from dry to sweet.
We recommend chilled sake when served with hot pot. It will enhance the flavor of the hot pot.
