Rakuzo Utage is a nationwide izakaya (Japanese style bar) with private rooms for all customers, but did you know that we have a limited menu available at our stores? This time, we would like to introduce our recommended menu, which is only available at our Matsumoto Ekimae branch. Please take this opportunity to enjoy the unique taste of our restaurant.

Gokai: grilled chicken thigh 825 yen (tax included)
Matsumoto City's famous local dish is Sanzokuyaki. Although it is called "yaki," it is a dish in which chicken thighs are marinated in a special garlic-flavored sauce, coated with potato starch, and deep-fried in oil. The savory aroma of garlic whets the appetite.
We will bring it to you freshly fried and hot, so please enjoy it by biting into it with gusto.
 

Salmon grown in the beautiful waters of Shinshu

Shinshu salmon is nurtured by the beautiful water flowing from the mountains of Shinshu. The meat is of high quality, with fine fibers and a mild texture. The beautiful salmon pink color is due to the pigment astaxanthin. Astaxanthin has a high antioxidant effect and is recommended for those who want beautiful skin and hair.
