Nagano Prefecture has a wide variety of locally brewed sake. The number of sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture is the second largest in Japan after Niigata! Nagano wine made from local grapes is also not to be missed. Here we introduce some of the sake and wine produced in Nagano that we offer at our restaurant.
 

Dry but easy to drink! Daishinshu Dry Special Junmai Sake

It is dry but has a gorgeous aroma and a sharp taste, and is popular among women for its easy drinking. It is also a popular drink among tourists. Sake lovers are encouraged to try it.
 

Taisetsukei Junmai Ginjo" using snow-melted underground water

Made at a 120-year-old brewery, Taisetsukei is a sake made from natural melting subterranean ice. It is made with spring water from the Northern Alps, domestic rice, and rice malt to create a gentle taste on the palate.
 

Gutsy and dry! Izutsu Wine Cuvee Tsukahara Chardonnay

This is a popular product of Izutsu Wine, a long-established manufacturer in Nagano. It is a dry white wine with a fruity and fresh aroma of green apple, lemon, etc. and a good balance of moderate acidity and fruitiness that goes very well with Japanese food.
 

Shiojiri Muscat Baily A" with rich aroma and natural sweetness

This red wine is made from Muscat grapes produced in Shiojiri, which has a large difference in temperature between winter and winter, and is the decisive factor for the deliciousness of grapes. Its rich aroma and soft mouthfeel will please even the novice wine drinker.
