Nagano Prefecture is one of Japan's leading producers of a variety of ingredients. At Rakuzo Utage Matsumoto Ekimae Branch, we have prepared an original menu using delicious local ingredients.
Today, we would like to introduce you to our original menus that are available only at our restaurant, as well as seasonal menus that are full of seasonal flavor. We hope you will enjoy our unique menu.

We also have a wide variety of delicious local dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages. Sanzoku-yaki (grilled chicken thigh) is a local dish of Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture. Chicken thighs are dipped in garlic sauce, coated with potato starch, and deep-fried to perfection. The flavor of garlic and the juicy texture of the chicken thighs make this dish irresistible.
Fresh horse sashimi is also available. Please enjoy it as it is with your favorite condiments. You will enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth softness and umami.
 

Local ingredients are also used in the menu.

We prepare sashimi using Shinshu salmon, which has a fine meat quality. The melt-in-your-mouth fat and rich umami taste are unique to Shinshu salmon. We hope you will enjoy this dish as well.
We also offer tamagokake gohan (rice topped with egg) made with Nagano Prefecture eggs, a perfect ending to the meal. The rich flavor of the egg gently envelops the rice.
