Rakuzo is a nationwide restaurant, but did you know that not all of our restaurants offer the same menu, but that there are menus that are exclusive to that region or restaurant? Our restaurant also offers a shop-exclusive menu, so please try ordering it when you visit our restaurant. In this issue, we would like to introduce our restaurant's limited local menu.
 

The exquisite Shinshu salmon is a must-try!

The "Shinshu Salmon Sashimi" is an excellent dish that shows the deliciousness that can only be found in Shinshu, where the water is clean. It has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and the sweetness of the refined fat is outstandingly delicious. The meat is fine and smooth, and you will surely eat it up easily. The appeal of this dish is that it can be served with white wine, beer, sake, lemon sour, or any other beverage you like. This is a dish that you should order first when you visit our restaurant.
 

Have you ever heard of "Sanzokuyaki"?

Have you ever heard of a dish called "Sanzokuyaki"? It is a dish in which meat is marinated in a punchy sauce with a hint of garlic, coated with potato starch, and boldly deep-fried, making it a perfect match for beer. At our restaurant, we serve it as "Gokai Chicken Thigh Sanzokuyaki".
The plump and juicy chicken thighs are well soaked in the sauce. The dish is served freshly fried and hot, so please be careful not to burn yourself. It is a hearty dish, so it is recommended for hungry people.
