A variety of authentic seared dishes perfect for snacks

We offer a variety of authentic seared dishes perfect for beer and other alcoholic beverages. We also offer a variety of dishes such as our house-made herb sausage seared with juicy umami and herbs, a blackened mix of shoulder meat of Daisen chicken and Japanese oyadori chicken, and a dice steak of US medium fall ribs, which is bite-sized and can be enjoyed directly with chopsticks.
 

We also have seared dishes where you can enjoy high quality meat.

We offer seared beef tongue, a standard snack for alcoholic beverages, and steaks made from beef minced meat, a rare part of beef. We also offer a variety of skewers made from Daisen Dori, a brand-name local chicken.
We also have seared items perfect for sharing, such as the Oyama chicken skewer platter and Rakuzo's meat platter, which features three types of meat: medium-rare kalbi, special pork, and young chicken.
