Our restaurant offers a variety of seared dishes. Carefully selected ingredients are seared to condense their umami. Among them, the juicy yakitori made from brand-name chickens is a superb dish! Here, we introduce some of our signature seared yakitori. We hope you will enjoy them.

Our artisans carefully grill each piece of yakitori to create a juicy, umami-rich yakitori. We recommend our popular five-piece platter of momo (thigh), negima (green onion), gizzard, chicken skin, and liver. Choose from salt or sauce.

We use Japanese brand Daisen chicken, which is not only delicious but also safe. Daisen chicken is raised in a stress-free environment with clean air and water, so its meat and fat are well-balanced and exceptionally delicious!
