Hello. I am the PR person in charge of the Matsumoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage.

Another feature of our restaurant is our selection of meat dishes that go well with sake. We especially recommend the yakitori made from "Daisen-dori," a locally raised chicken from Tottori Prefecture. The juicy taste of Oyama chicken is exceptional when it is grilled. Of course, we also offer a "Yakitori Assortment" that is ideal for drinking parties.

Our restaurant offers yakitori made with Tottori Prefecture's locally raised "Oyama Dori" chicken. The juicy Oyama Dori, prepared with artisanal techniques, is a perfect match with sake.

There is a wide variety of yakitori available, but if you are at a loss as to which yakitori to order, try the "Oyama Dori Kushiyaki Assortment". We also have a selection of sake carefully selected from all over Japan. We especially recommend the "Honjozo Hakkaisan," which can be served with any dish, and the easy-drinking "Honjozo Dry Type Ichinokura.
