Classic Japanese Sweets: Green Tea Strawberry Cake and Green Tea Ice Cream

This is a sumptuous assortment of Japanese sweets that includes both a generous amount of matcha powder-covered warabimochi and rich matcha ice cream on a single plate. When you enjoy the ice cream and warabimochi together, the mild bitterness of the green tea and the sweetness of the ice cream with just the right amount of milk will spread in your mouth.
