The special soy sauce-based sauce is carefully dipped into the rice layer by layer to prevent the rice from falling apart, and then baked until the surface is golden brown. When you put it in your mouth, the savory aroma will fill your mouth with a full flavor. Please enjoy the texture of the browned surface as well.

Various kinds of oatmeal with tea

Many people probably decide on ochazuke as the finishing dish for a drinking party. Ochazuke, which can be eaten quickly and easily, is one of the most popular closing dishes at our restaurant. We offer two types of ochazuke: the standard "ume" and "salmon.

We recommend choosing ume (plum) when you want a refreshing taste, and salmon when you want a slightly richer flavor as well. Take a breather with ochazuke, which is finished with a generous splash of hot tea.
