The cold weather is deepening day by day, and one thing you may want to eat during this cold season is hot pot dishes. Now, there are hot pot dishes that can be ordered separately or enjoyed as the main course.

This time, we would like to introduce "Yose-nabe with Chicken and Chilblain Tsukune" from among them. It is perfect for a chilly night! Please try it!

Ajiwai Course (Hot Pot)

2023The winter course for 2012 started yesterday. This year's winter course includes several courses featuring hot pots, and we would like to introduce "Yose-nabe of Chicken and Chicken Ball Tsukune" from the "Ajiwai Course (Hot Pot).

The "Yose-nabe with Chicken and Cartilage Tsukune" is a must for chicken lovers who can enjoy both the tender, juicy, and delicious wakadori chicken and the cartilage Tsukune with its crunchy cartilage accented by the texture. The broth from the chicken is outstandingly delicious, making this nabe a dish to be enjoyed all the way through to the end of the nabe. Udon noodles are served as the nabe's end, but zosui (rice porridge) is also available if you let us know when you make a reservation.

Other courses featuring hot pot dishes are also available, with the "White Motsunabe" in the "Seasonal Taste Course (Hot Pot)" and "Rakura's Seri Nabe" in the "Selected Course (Hot Pot)". There is also a "Sukiyaki Course" that can be ordered year-round and is recommended for special occasions.
