Hello. I am the PR person in charge of the Matsumoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage.

We offer a wide variety of rice dishes to finish off your meal after you have enjoyed a full range of drinks and snacks.

おこげ食感がたまらない　こんがり焼きおにぎり

特製の醤油ベースのタレを、ご飯がくずれないように注意しながら何度も丁寧に重ねづけをし、時間をかけてこんがりとなるまでじっくりと焼き上げる当店自慢の焼きおにぎりです。口に入れると醤油の香ばしいにおいがふわっと口の中に広がりますよ。おこげのようにこんがりとなった食感もお楽しみいただけますよ。
