The "Yaizu Hontori Bonito Tataki" is a sumptuous dish made with bonito landed at the port of Yaizu. The fatty autumn bonito is rich in fat and has a rich flavor. The firm texture is also unique to this time of year. Enjoy a different taste from that of spring.
