Hello. I am the PR person in charge of the Matsumoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage.

Our yakitori is made from Daisen-dori, a locally raised chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Oyama chicken is juicy and full of flavor, and its deliciousness is enhanced when it is grilled.
