定番ながら食べ飽きない味

誰もが一度は食べたことがあるのでは？というほど定番のメニューでありながら、何度食べても食べ飽きないと評判なのが「イカの甘辛炙り」です。炙っている最中からとっても良い香りが漂い、調理師からもおなかがすくと言われています。イカは火を通しすぎると固くなってしまいがちですが、技術の高い調理師が炙りを担当するため、柔らかさとプリッとしたほどよい弾力などをお楽しみいただけます。旨みが強く噛むほどに味わい広がるイカのおいしさをどうぞご堪能ください。

最近メニューアップされた新メニュー

メニューアップされたばかりでありながら、人気急上昇のメニューが「木耳と春菊のあんかけ飯」です。あんかけだしの香りがとっても良く、木耳のコリコリ食感が堪能できるおすすめのごはんもの。木耳といえばお料理の脇役になることが多い食材ですが、こちらのメニューでは主役に採用いたしました。黒い見た目のインパクトも話題性がありますよね。ぜひお試しください。
