Everyone has probably had this dish at least once. The "squid seared with sweet and spicy sauce" is a menu item that is so standard that even if you eat it over and over again, you will never get tired of eating it. It smells so good while it is being seared that even the cooks say it makes them hungry. Squid tends to become tough if it is overcooked, but since the highly skilled chefs are in charge of searing, you can enjoy its tenderness and firmness.
