自然豊かな大山で育った大山どりは、確かな肉質とジューシーな脂の美味しさが人気のブランド鶏です。この大山どりを職人が丁寧に炙った串焼きは当店名物料理のひとつともいえます。この大山どりの串をテイクアウトメニューにしました。

もっちりした食べ応えのつくねにコリコリ軟骨を加えた「軟骨入りつくね串」と、たれと塩から選べる「串焼き盛り合わせ」がございます。お店クオリティの美味しさをぜひご自宅でもお楽しみください。
