Nabe dishes are a must for the cold season. Introducing the new face of winter's nabe menu.

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Meieki 4-chome branch.

The weather today is clearly reminding us of winter. Hot nabe dishes are the best in this season! Why don't you come and enjoy our hot pot dishes to unwind your shriveled body?

Located just a short distance from Nagoya Station, our restaurant is a convenient place to stop by on your way home from work or on your way out of town. We are proud of our private rooms, where you can relax without worrying about your surroundings, and our extensive menu that allows you to fully enjoy seasonal ingredients from the sea and land.

New menu items are also being introduced one after another to match the season! In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our recommended nabe, the new face of winter.

Light and rich "Ginger soy milk nabe with young chicken and soft bone Tsukune" will warm you up from the inside out!

Light soy milk combines with chicken fat to create a rich flavor in "Ginger Soy Milk Nabe with Young Chicken and Chilblain Tsukune. This healthy nabe is a well-balanced combination of vegetables and mushrooms, along with the chewy cartilage bone Tsukune.

Accented with ginger, it warms the body from the core. By the time you taste it at the end of the meal, it has a creamy flavor that is infused with the flavor of vegetables and meat. The soup goes well with both rice and noodles.

Duck is in season in winter. Healthy Japanese-style hot pot with plenty of vegetables

Duck is a healthy food with a delicious fat that contains sweetness. Now is the best time to eat it, as winter is the season when the fat is at its peak. The "Seared Duck Kusa-nabe" is a simple dish of duck meat served in a Japanese-style broth with fragrant parsley and many vegetables.

Duck is used for the soft and rich duck meat. Thinly sliced meat is cooked just right like shabu-shabu and served hot.

Udon, ramen, and zosui (rice porridge) are available to finish the meal. The flavor and richness of the duck dissolved in the broth and the aroma of the aromatic vegetables are also used to fully savor the dish to the last.

How was it? Please come to our restaurant to warm yourself with our signature nabe menu featuring seasonal ingredients.
