This is "Sweet Potato Stick - 2 kinds of dip". It is an easy-to-eat snack menu item made by deep frying thinly sliced sweet potatoes. Yet, you can still enjoy the flavor of the sweet potato. Two types of dips, sweet sauce and onion sour cream, are available for you to choose from.
This is "Seared Hanpen and Mushrooms Baked in Foil". Mushrooms that are harvested in the fall are wrapped and baked with hanpen. The mushrooms are cooked in a way that preserves the aroma of the mushrooms in season, which makes the table full of the wonderful aroma of the mushrooms. The buttery soy sauce also enhances the aroma and taste.
