This is "Shiro-motsu nabe" made with an abundance of fresh motsu (white meat). It is one of our most popular menu items, and allows you to enjoy the rich flavor and juiciness of the original motsu. It is served with a variety of ingredients such as chives and shimeji mushrooms, and is delicious all the way through.

Spicy hot pot that goes well with alcohol

This "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a slightly spicy hot pot. The moderate spiciness stimulates the appetite and enhances the taste of cold drinks such as beer and highballs. If you like spicy food, this is a must-try dish for you.
