Winter's limited edition hot pot that brings out the best of the ingredients.

Hello, I am the PR person for Rakuzo Utage Meieki 4-chome Branch.

Although this winter is said to be mild, it is indeed chilly at night in February. How are you all doing? On cold days, it is good to eat something warm to keep your body warm.

Speaking of dishes that warm the body, hot pot is the best. In addition to our regular menu, we also offer a seasonal menu, and during this season, we prepare hot pot dishes using seasonal ingredients. We are proud of the attention to detail in the ingredients and seasoning, so please enjoy these nabe dishes when you visit our restaurant!

Enjoy the rich white soup!

This is "Yose-konabe", a small pot of thick Hakutsu (thick white soup). This pot is made with a variety of ingredients, and by simmering them slowly, the flavors of the ingredients blend with the shiranyu broth, enhancing its deliciousness. Light yet rich, you can eat as much as you like of this Hakodate-style hot pot. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake or shochu.

Juicy seared duck served with elegance.

This is "Seared Duck Seri Nabe". The duck meat is slightly seared, which makes it more aromatic and gives it a deeper flavor. The crunchy texture of the seseri (Japanese parsley) is also irresistible. If you eat the duck meat with the celeri, the texture and flavor will match and you will enjoy a new taste.

We also have a variety of other seasonal menu items. Please enjoy your favorite to your heart's content.
