This is "Yose-konabe", a small pot of thick Hakutsu (thick white soup). Light yet rich, you can eat as much as you like of this Hakodate-style hot pot. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake or shochu.
This is "Seared Duck Seri Nabe". The duck meat is slightly seared, which makes it more aromatic and gives it a deeper flavor. The crunchy texture of the seseri (Japanese parsley) is also irresistible. If you eat the duck meat with the celeri, the texture and flavor will match and you will enjoy a new taste.
