Misuzi steak is alive with the flavor of meat.

This is "Special Beef Misuji Steak - Grated Onion and Apple Sauce. Misuji is a rare part of beef, with only about 3 kg of beef per cow, and its location is inside the shoulder blade of the cow. It is popular for its tender texture, as it hardly moves in the body of a cow!
