We have a seasonal menu using the seasonal ingredient "cold yellowtail"! | Rakuzo Utage Meieki 4-chome Branch

Hello, I am the PR person for Rakuzo Utage Meieki 4-chome Branch.

Foods in season are said to be nutritious and delicious. Do you enjoy foods that are in season in winter? Our restaurant offers seasonal ingredients and dishes associated with each season.

Today, we would like to introduce a few selections from the "Seasonal Menu" currently available at our restaurant.

 

This is what it's all about, after all! Hot pot dish

Yose small pot of thick white hot water / 890 yen (tax not included)
Zosui (rice porridge) set / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)

Introduced first is a nabe dish perfect for the cold winter months. The photo shows "Yose-konabe", a thick Hakodate soup with a rich Hakodate broth that is soaked with the flavor of the ingredients. Warm yourself up with a hot nabe dish. Zosui (rice porridge) sets and ramen/udon noodles are also available to finish off the meal.

 

What is a "Ryukyu?"

Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)

Next, we would like to introduce "Ryukyu," a dish in which you can enjoy seasonal cold yellowtail. Have you ever heard of Ryukyu? It is a local delicacy of Oita, made by marinating yellowtail sashimi in sesame soy sauce. We use our original kneaded sesame seeds to give it a rich flavor. It goes great with sake! We hope you enjoy it.
