Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)

This is "Ryukyu", a local Oita dish of yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce. It is finished with kneaded sesame seeds for a rich flavor. How about having it with a glass of sake or shochu? We hope you enjoy it.

Winter is a time when many people crave warm one-pot meals. This is the season when there are more opportunities to eat nabe dishes both at home and at restaurants. We have prepared two types of nabe dishes as our seasonal menu recommendations.
